**This is a Second Shift Position, Second shift is 3:30p-2a**

Company Summary: A leading provider of acoustical/thermal and air-flow management products for the transportation, consumer, industrial and heavy equipment industries. The company is a full-service supplier that works in close collaboration with its customers to develop solutions that are both cost and mass efficient.

Objective: Tooling and Die Maker will support the coordination, implementation, control of tooling and operational issues for current tooling and new projects, while remaining aligned with company’s strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Tool and Die Maker will report directly to the Tooling Lead
• Tool and Die Maker is a working hands-on position
• Tool and Die is an hourly position
• Tool and Die Maker will use Plex to track daily hours
• Tool and Die Maker will work in tool room & press room

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of techniques and tools.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent decision-making
