Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Sign-On Bonus $5,000 for qualified applicants

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment within prescribed tolerances.
  • Fabricate equipment, parts, and shielding using welding, sheet metal, and related skills.
  • Study blueprints, sketches, or descriptions to plan repair or reproduction of parts.
  • Plan and execute work from specifications using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Perform shop computations using metric, decimal, and fractional measures.
  • Perform basic welding and soldering as needed.
  • Organize workflow for mass production of parts.
  • Work efficiently with supervision and colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean work area and report safety hazards.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervision.
Additional responsibilities:
  • Follow safety, environmental procedures, and QSR.
  • Adhere to plant policies and departmental procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of machining or related experience, or equivalent technical school degree.
  • Vocational/Technical School training preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of machining equipment and CNC operation.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Welding and tool room knowledge is a plus.
