Job summary

Beckett Thermal Solutions is seeking a Tool & Die repair professional for the 2nd shift at our North Ridgeville, OH facility. The role requires 3-4 years with Tool and Die, experience with progressive dies, and the ability to read blueprints.

You will work both independently and with a team to maintain dies and support production. We offer full benefits starting day one, matching 401(k), and competitive pay.

Requirements:

- Candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience with Tool and Die

- Must have experience with small to medium progressive dies, single hit and progressive dies

- The ability to work both independently and within a team environment

- Able to work with minimal supervision

- Good critical thinking skills

- The ability to multitask and prioritize

- Able to read and interpret blueprints

- Demonstrate good organizational skills

- Computer skills would be a plus
