Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking Tolling Interns for Summer 2027 in Parsippany, NJ. The role is typically part-time, temporary, or a co-op position and does not include relocation assistance.

You will perform tasks across departments, assist with data analysis, and support program development while interfacing with multiple teams. Strong IT-related studies and proficient MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program.
• Pursuing a BA or BS degree in Information Technology or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resourceful and able to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent written communication skills, verbally articulate, and a good listener.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques.
• Time Management skills, ability to prioritize and organize work, including multi-task.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquiries and making appointments.
• Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams.
• Assists management in analyzing various data.
• Works on special projects and provides research as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
