Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking Tolling Interns for Summer 2027 in Parsippany, NJ; with additional locations in Woodbury and Princeton. The role is typically part-time, temporary, or co-op and does not include relocation housing.

You will support departments by performing basic tasks across science, planning, and technology, and participate in meetings with teams to assist in data analysis and project development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
• Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Information Technology or closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resourceful and able to solve problems creatively
• Excellent written communication skills, verbally articulate, and a good listener
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquiries and making appointments.
• Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams.
• Assists management in analyzing various data.
• Works on special projects and provides research as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
