Job summary

Skywalk Global is seeking a Scrum Master to support VDOT’s Tolling (E-ZPASS) delivery team. The role emphasizes facilitating Agile ceremonies, keeping the team aligned, and ensuring clear visibility into work, risks, and priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile values and frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile work management systems.
• Ability to investigate issues before escalation.
• CSM Certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively and consistently.
• Maintain backlogs, work items, and dashboards in Azure DevOps or similar systems.
• Create and refine Azure DevOps cards and supporting documentation.
• Track and report delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, risks, blockers, and project status.
• Document action items, decisions, and status updates.
• Collaborate regularly with the Development Manager for team alignment.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and proposing ideas.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting.
• Assist with dependency coordination across teams.
