Job summary

Infoorigin Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master in Virginia to support the Tolling (E-ZPASS) delivery team. The role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining team alignment, and ensuring visibility into work progress, risks, and priorities.

Collaboration with the Development Manager is essential to support execution and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable shifting between facilitation, investigation, and operational support.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams.
Strong understanding of Agile values and frameworks.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile work management systems.
Experience tracking and reporting Agile delivery metrics.
Ability to investigate issues before escalation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
CSM Certification is required.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively and consistently.
Maintain backlogs, work items, and dashboards in Azure DevOps or similar systems.
Create and refine Azure DevOps cards and supporting documentation.
Track and report delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, risks, blockers, and project status.
Document action items, decisions, and status updates.
Perform appropriate investigation before escalating issues.
Collaborate regularly with the Development Manager for team alignment.
Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and proposing ideas.
Ensure accuracy and transparency in reporting.
Assist with dependency coordination across teams.
