Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Toll Supplier Manager at our Mesa, AZ site to own toll-supplied materials, drive supplier quality, and ensure on-time delivery to semiconductor customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement SPC, PFMEA, and supplier audits, and elevate Toll supplier performance to meet evolving industry requirements through data-driven actions.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working directly with Suppliers and Supplier Quality Management.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, with specialization in Process Controls, Quality Systems and Statistics.
• Prior experience with production and capacity planning meeting demands.

Responsibilities

• Owns Toll suppliers producing directly to end customers under FUJIFILM brand for quality and on-time delivery.
• Leads supplier meetings in supplier risk management, deep-dive process control, ship-to-control and gap closure.
• Drive supplier quality improvements using statistics, PFMEA and process control plans.
• Develop and maintain supplier KPIs and annual audit schedules.
