Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience with Bachelor's degree or 9 years with Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large data sets for planning projects.
• Perform overall task management and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate and manage technical content and mentor project staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of the project with clients and ensure technical accuracy.
