Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Entry Level Toll Equipment Technician to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of toll equipment systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role is full time and onsite, located in Pompano Beach, FL.

What You'll Do

• Read and interpret complex schematics, parts/wiring diagrams, and establish test procedures
• Utilize tools like volt/amp meters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers
• Perform preventative maintenance and frequent inspections of equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and networking issues
• Configure toll equipment software and network devices
• Conduct daily site inspections of tolling equipment and systems
• Install, maintain, and monitor CCTV cameras and NVRs
• Assist with equipment installation and testing at tolling sites
• Work safely at heights up to 30 feet and lift up to 50 pounds
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and timely

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
  
  

The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
