Job summary

Qualifications
- 4+ years trading at market maker / OTC desk / prop firm with spot equities
- Experience developing RFQ systems
- Rigorous risk management with exposure tracking and hedging
- Self-directed in a remote-first environment
- Strong analytical and software engineering skills (Rust)
Responsibilities
- Develop and run RFQ-based trading strategies for tokenized spot equities: set parameters such as buffers, spreads, and size limits, while optimizing for evolving business goals.
- Price instruments where reference prices are thin or stale, such as long-tail stocks and extended and overnight sessions.
- Measure execution quality: benchmark fills against references, analyze markouts, and turn what you find into strategy improvements.
- Monitor positions, inventory levels and P&L in real time; proactively flag risks, execute adjustments, and continuously improve tooling & monitoring.
- Integrate with traditional brokerage venues and onchain programs to fill trades and rebalance inventory.
