Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Montgomery, AL is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to join our front-of-house and to-go operations. You will take orders by phone and in person, pack each bag with care, and coordinate curbside and third-party pickups.

No prior experience is required—we'll teach you the JNN way. This role is on-site with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

What You'll Do

Take orders by phone and in person, pack every bag accurately and completely (nobody gets home without their sauce), coordinate curbside and third-party pickups, and keep the togo station clean, stocked, and moving. Speed matters here, but right matters more.

Who You Are

You're detail-obsessed and unflappable when six orders land at once. You're friendly on the phone and at the counter. No experience required. We'll teach you the JNN way.
