Job summary

Applebee's is seeking To-Go Specialists/Carside to serve take-out guests quickly and with a sincere, positive attitude, handling phone and online orders.

You will take orders, suggest add-ons, package accurately, take payment and count back change, while multi-tasking across channels.

Must be at least 18, eligible to work in the United States, and ready to contribute to a friendly, high‑volume environment. We offer competitive wages, a 401(k), and a great work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for serving each to-go guest, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will take orders via phone, use suggestive selling, ensure orders are packaged accurately, receive payment and accurately count back change. You must be able to multi-task and handle online orders in addition to phone orders.
