Job summary

Applebee's is seeking a To Go Specialist/Carside to greet and serve to-go guests with a positive, efficient attitude. You will take phone orders, manage online orders, and ensure accurate packaging while applying suggestive selling techniques.

Responsibilities include handling payments, counting back change, and multitasking across in-store and online channels. A friendly, team-oriented approach helps deliver quality guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of restaurant / customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Team-oriented with a passion to succeed.

• To Go Specialists/Carside

In this role, you will be responsible for serving each to-go guest, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will take orders via phone, use suggestive selling, ensure orders are packaged accurately, receive payment and accurately count back change. You must be able to multi-task and handle online orders in addition to phone orders.
