Learning Tree Academy is seeking a dedicated Toddler Team Teacher to nurture young minds and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. You will create a supportive, engaging classroom that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth in toddlers.

Join a team committed to high standards of child care and collaboration with families. A CDA or ECE degree preferred, with CPR/First Aid certifications and a passion for developmentally appropriate teaching.

Qualifications

• Passion for early childhood education and fostering development.
• Experience in preschool or similar setting is preferred.
• CDA or an Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Excellent communication with children, parents, and staff.
• Creativity in designing engaging activities and lessons.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment for toddlers.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans promoting development.
• Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere and safety.
• Use diverse teaching methods to support different learners.
• Plan activities including arts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
• Record observations and communicate with families about progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a cohesive program.
• Communicate regularly with parents about development and milestones.
• Foster strong relationships with families and participate in events.
• Stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
