Cadence Education in Holmes, NY is seeking a Toddler Teacher to create a warm, inclusive learning environment and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum. You will lead classroom operations and support children’s growth, including those with IEPs, under the guidance of the School Director.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families, safety, and adherence to Cadence Education programs and policies. Training and collaboration with staff are expected.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers in a licensed childcare center.
• 6–12 months of early childhood or classroom experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA/CCP/EEC or NAC credential may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
