You will develop age-appropriate lessons, track progress, and communicate with parents. A CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
• 2 years of experience in toddler/early childhood education is required.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for toddlers.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere and support self-expression.
• Maintain progress records and communicate with parents/guardians.
• Plan and facilitate activities including arts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
• Assess children’s progress and document observations for individualized instruction.
