Job summary

The Learning Experience – Dripping Springs is hiring a Toddler Teacher to nurture and guide our youngest learners. You will create a warm, engaging environment where children explore through sensory play, music, movement, and responsive caregiving.

Join a family-focused center that values development milestones, daily communication with families, and a supportive, fun team culture. Prior experience and a passion for early childhood education are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of childcare experience (required).
• CDA, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Genuine love and patience for infants and early learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment for toddlers.
• Follow a daily schedule that includes feeding, diapering, and early learning activities.
• Build loving relationships with children, families, and co-teachers.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s daily experiences, growth, and milestones.
• Maintain compliance with Texas childcare licensing standards and safety policies.
