Primrose School of Peters Township in McMurray, PA is seeking a Preschool Toddler Teacher to join our team. You will nurture and teach toddlers in a supportive environment, partnering with families and utilizing our digital Learning Platform to deliver joyful learning experiences.

We offer a no-night, no-weekend schedule with a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri) and a lunch break. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a caring

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Education or CDA as required.
• 1 year of experience working with young children.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth
