Primrose School of Peters Township in McMurray, PA is hiring a Preschool Toddler Teacher to nurture and educate young learners. You will build trusting relationships with families, deliver nurturing care, and help children build foundational skills using our exclusive digital learning platform.

We offer a Balanced Learning curriculum, competitive pay from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, benefits, and a supportive on-site leadership team.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Early Education, Education or related field OR CDA.
• 1 year of experience working with young children.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth

Salary Range:

$18.00 to $21.00 per Hour

Shift Schedule:

Shifts rotate weekly. 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. 8 Hour Work Shift plus 1 Hour Lunch Break.
