Job summary

The Goddard School in Florence, KY is seeking a caring and energetic teacher to coordinate daily activities for young children, deliver engaging lessons, and foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Qualifications

• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Has completed state-required pre-service training.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multitasking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to facilitate programs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
