Job summary

The Learning Experience Preschool at Anderson Mill is seeking a reliable, dedicated Toddler Teacher who enjoys working with toddlers and creating meaningful learning experiences. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Preferred hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with full-time employment and opportunities for advancement. Training & development are provided along with company-paid benefits and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with 24–36 month-olds.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Experience with lesson planning and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use technology (iPads) effectively.
• A nurturing, patient, and caring teaching style.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for Toddlers.
• Follow daily schedules and classroom routines.
• Implement monthly curriculum materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space.
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with lunch breaks.
• Use iPads to document and update children’s activities.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
