Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Newtown Township, PA is seeking an energetic Toddler Assistant Teacher to support early learning in a nurturing, safe classroom dedicated to exploration and independence.

You will design interactive activities for two-year-olds, maintain a consistent routine, communicate with families, and collaborate with co-teachers and school leaders to provide an engaging learning experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• A CDA, associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team! Our program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child’s development through discovery and play. As a Toddler Assistant Teacher, you’ll create a safe and engaging classroom where children can explore the world around them while building independence and essential early learning skills.
