Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join the Learning Circle YMCA team in Summit, NJ. In this full-time role, you will create a warm and stimulating environment where toddlers can explore and grow, supporting their foundational skills through play.

Qualified candidates should have a CDA credential or equivalent, at least one year of experience in child care, and strong communication skills. The position offers a pay range of $18.00 – $22.00 per hour based on experience, along with generous employee benefits.

The Learning Circle YMCA is looking for a passionate and engaging Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team. Salary & Benefits:

This Full Time position (40 hours per week) is Monday- Friday, 7:30am - 6:00(8 hour shift each day) with a flex schedule. The pay range for this role is $18.00 – $22.00 per hour and is based on experience.
