YWCA Hartford Region is looking for a Teacher Assistant to support the Head Teacher in an Infant & Toddler classroom. The role involves planning activities, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring positive communication with parents. This year-round position offers competitive pay and great benefits.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours will fall within the hours of operation: 6:45 a.m. -5:45 pm
37.5 hours per week

Position Summary:
Assist Head Teacher in providing a supportive, respectful, safe and healthy environment for children enrolled in YWCA Early Learning Centers. Support the Head Teacher in the implementation of activities geared to meet the developing needs of a large group of children and challenge the interests of the children in a productive and safe manner.
