Montessori Beginnings School in Massachusetts is seeking a Toddler Teacher who is enthusiastic, nurturing, and dependable to support early childhood development in a Montessori-inspired classroom.

You will plan age-appropriate learning experiences, observe children, and collaborate with families while assisting daily care and maintaining a safe, organized environment that meets licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification appropriate for toddlers.
• At least one year of early childhood classroom experience.
• Dependable, punctual team player who communicates openly and collaborates with colleagues.
• Warm, energetic personality and genuine love for young children.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to complete employer-paid training.
• Ability to regularly get up and down from the floor and safely lift up to 50 pounds.

What We're Looking For

• Montessori experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Benefits

Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

35–40 hours per week, depending on scheduling needs.
