Job summary

Communities United, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a dedicated Toddler Teacher to support a developmentally appropriate classroom for ages 2–3. This full-time role focuses on positive interactions, curriculum delivery, and ongoing child assessment.

You will work with the center team to coordinate services across health, nutrition, mental health, and family engagement, and you must hold an Associate’s degree with MA EEC teacher qualifications. Transcripts are required at hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree and MA EEC teacher qualifications.
• Experience in a developmentally appropriate toddler program preferred.
• Provide transcripts upon hire.

Job Details

• Responsible for assisting the team in providing a developmentally appropriate toddler classroom including positive child interaction, curriculum and child assessment.
• Work with center team to ensure comprehensive services for each child and family in all areas including health, nutrition, mental health, social service, community and family engagement.
• Teachers must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree and meet MA EEC teacher qualifications.
