Primrose School at the Galleria in Houston, TX is seeking a Toddler Teacher to deliver engaging early childhood instruction Monday–Friday, with no nights or weekends. You’ll lead a warm, safe classroom, implement our Balanced Learning curriculum, and build strong relationships with families.

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel loved and supported.
• Encourage exploration, curiosity, language development, and growing independence.
• Implement our research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum using prepared lesson plans and classroom resources.
• Support children's social-emotional development as they learn to communicate, share, and navigate big feelings.
• Build positive relationships with families through communication and partnership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with your teaching team to support each child's individual needs.
• Provide attentive care, including diaper changes and assistance with daily routines.

• Previous early childhood education experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates who are ready to learn!
