Job summary

Family Tree Ministry is seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Hartford, CT. The role focuses on nurturing a warm, structured classroom environment for children ages 1-3, while supporting daily routines and development across social, emotional, language, and motor domains.

You will collaborate with assistant teachers and leadership, follow licensing requirements and center policies, and communicate regularly with families to track progress and celebrate

Qualifications

• Experience with toddlers or young children in childcare/early childhood settings.
• Genuine interest in early childhood development and caregiving.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a warm, nurturing, and structured classroom environment for toddlers (ages 1-3).

• Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program.
