Job summary

The Learning Experience #353 is seeking a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where early learning thrives. You will implement the LEAP curriculum and foster joyful exploration with toddlers, supporting growth, social skills, and emotional development.

Collaborating with families and teammates, you will communicate milestones and daily adventures through apps and discussions, ensuring a consistent, caring environment that helps children learn

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required)
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or HS diploma/GED (required)
• Passion for education and caring for toddlers

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for toddlers.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support a holistic learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s milestones and daily adventures via apps and discussions.

As a Toddler Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
