A private preschool is looking for a part-time Assistant Teacher to create a safe environment and support children's activities. This role involves working approximately 25 hours per week, ensuring timely assistance during transitions, and maintaining classroom cleanliness. Salary and schedule:

This is a part-time position of ~25 hours/week. You will be scheduled in 5 hours shifts Monday through Friday. Additional hours are available for the right candidate. This is perfect for those who want to try working in the early education setting, are in school, or just want to get out of the house a few hours during the week.

Primrose School at The Flatirons is a private preschool that mainly serves children whose ages are 6 weeks up through age 6. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Being on time
• Create a safe and encouraging environment for children
• Cleaning the classroom
• Helping the children transition from various activities
• Provide assistance to children to fall asleep in a calm atmosphere
• Assist primary teachers with various tasks
• Changing diapers

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Prior experience working with children a plus
