Job summary

East Gate Kids Learning Center in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Toddler Lead Teacher for a full-time position. You will lead daily routines, implement a play-based curriculum aligned with NM Early Learning Guidelines and the Reggio Emilia approach, and support language development and social-emotional growth.

We offer competitive pay $19-$25/hour, health and dental coverage after 90 days, up to 80 hours PTO, 12+ holidays, free childcare, scholarship support, ongoing training, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Physical ability to meet job requirements (lifting up to 30 lbs, movement, standing).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass all state-required background checks.
