Candidates are required to complete daily activities for the classroom, including but not limited to implementing curriculum, changing diapers, serving meals and snacks, cleaning, and sanitizing the classroom, equipment, and toys. Duties

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Supervision and daily class functions of a group of children
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
• Observe all rules and regulations at Chroma Early Learning Academy and relevant authorities
• Support each child's social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
• Assess each child's developmental needs regularly
• Implement approved lesson plans and daily schedules in line with curriculum
• Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom encouraging exploration and decision-making
• Provide verbal recognition and consistent expectations for behavior
• Maintain classroom, common areas, and playground cleanliness
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and school functions
• Maintain professional appearance as per employee handbook
• Understand social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
