Position Details
  • Location: Woburn, MA
  • Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • No evenings or weekends
Responsibilities
  • Oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms
  • Mentor Teachers and Assistant Teachers
  • Create developmentally appropriate curriculum based on NAEYC standards
  • Design programs based on children's interests and learning styles
  • Partner with families to develop care and education plans
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field, CDA, or MA Teacher certification
  • 2+ years experience in licensed child care preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Availability during regular operating hours
  • Meet state criteria for child care employment
