  • Develop and maintain positive relations with families, communicating regularly and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage classroom expenses and contribute to program efficiency; maintain accurate records.
  • Provide reliable information to parents and support YMCA transparency.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and distribute monthly newsletters to keep parents informed about events, milestones, and updates.
  • Utilize the ProCare Engage App to provide daily reports to parents.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5:30 pm

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind crafting and implementing a mission-based, fun, age-appropriate, and meaningful curriculum that serves to enhance the academic, social, and physical development of each child under your care.
