Qualifications:

• High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor's in ECE preferred)
  
  
• CDA certification (preferred)
  
  
• 1–2 years' experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a love for teaching young children
  
  
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete all state-required training
