As a Lead Teacher, you will:

• Make everyday an adventure in learning.
• Create fun, out of the box, learning moments that your children will remember for years to come.
• Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
• Make children smile through hands on fun and silliness.
• Create memories that children will cherish and take with them when they graduate.
• Share with your co-workers the joys of creating a-ha moments with children.
• Build strong relationships and a team atmosphere within your classroom.
• Create a “learning is fun’ environment by developing and implementing lesson plans following Lightbridge Academy Seedlings curriculum.
• Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and implement the Lightbridge Academy program and Seedlings curriculum.
• Maintain a well-kept classroom that helps ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children.
• Observe all Lightbridge Academy policies and procedures and state licensing regulations.

Requirements:
