Job summary

The Little Gym International in Prairie Village, KS is seeking a warm, engaging, and energetic Parent/Child instructor for part-time mornings. Lead classes for babies and toddlers aged 4 months–3 years, using our curriculum, while guiding caregivers with activities and milestones.

This role offers ongoing training, a family-friendly team, and opportunities to grow within the community. You’ll thrive if you love active play, building trust with families, and creating a welcoming space where kids

Qualifications

Warm, engaging instructor for young children and families.
Ability to guide and lead parent/child classes using curriculum.
Strong communication with families.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging, high-energy classes for young children and their caregivers.
Use The Little Gym curriculum to guide classes (we’ll train you!).
Create a warm, welcoming environment where both kids and parents feel supported.
Coach parents on how to engage with their child during class activities.
Celebrate milestones and help little ones build confidence week after week.
Provide a top-notch experience for families—we treat our members like family.
