The Little Gym is a globally recognized children's enrichment and physical development center that helps build confidence through movement- based learning. Our parent-child classes (for ages 4 months to 3 years) are designed to support early development, bonding, and motor skills in a fun, nurturing environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic parent-child gym instructor to lead engaging, age appropriate classes for infants and toddlers alongside their caregivers. You will be guided with a lesson plan backed by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• provide a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for both children and their caregivers.
• Demonstrate exercises and activities while offering guidance to parents.
• Encourage social interaction, sensory exploration, and age-appropriate skill development
• Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness are maintained in the gym
• Build positive relationships with families and communicate the benefits of The Little Gym's program
