Job summary

Babilou Family US is seeking a certified teacher to lead developmentally appropriate curriculum and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for children aged 0-5. You will guide the teaching team, partner with families, and model sustainable education practices across classrooms and activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active teaching certification as required by state licensing.
• Experience teaching young children in childcare or educational settings.
• Knowledge of child development, curriculum design, and classroom safety standards.
• Ability to lead classroom operations and mentor support staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice.
• Lead classroom organization and routines promoting environmental stewardship.
• Model best practices for teaching team and ensure high‑quality instructional delivery.
• Supervise children during activities and maintain safety protocols.
• Build strong family communication and engage in conferences and events.
