Job summary

24 Seven Talent's client, a growing apparel company, seeks a highly creative Associate Designer to support its Children's Design team, with a primary focus on Toddler Boys from concept through final execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop seasonal collections, translate trends into concepts, build color palettes and graphics, maintain BOMs, and work with print, fabric, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3+ years of apparel design experience; Children’s wear or Toddler Boys preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems.
• Knowledge of 3D design tools and Browzwear is a plus.
• Strong merchandising instincts, color sense, and trend direction.
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product design process from concepts to execution.
• Research market trends, fabrics, colors, and prints for seasonal concepts.
• Translate research into fresh Toddler Boys concepts and palettes.
• Develop color palettes, graphics, prints, and silhouettes.
• Create and maintain BOMs and support design team operations.
• Collaborate with print/graphics partners for cohesive product vision.
• Partner with Product Development on fabric and trim development.
• Work with production teams to support fit, quality, and timely delivery.
• Assist with line plans, development tracking, and cross-functional communication.
• Contribute to new concepts and product-category development.
• Ensure development deliverables are accurate and on time.
