Endeavor Montessori Dunwoody in Atlanta is looking for a Toddler Assistant Teacher to support a nurturing early learning environment. You will assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, prepare materials, and supervise children during meals and rest times to ensure safety.

Candidates with RBT experience or background supporting developmental needs are highly valued. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4 years of experience with children is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RBT certification or previous RBT/ABA experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with children with behavioral, developmental, or individualized support needs is highly preferred.
• 4 years of experience working with children preferred.
• Early childhood or Montessori experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to remain patient, calm, and responsive while supporting young children.
• A nurturing attitude and sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

As a Toddler Assistant Teacher, you will assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.

We are especially interested in candidates with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) experience or experience supporting children with behavioral, developmental, or individualized learning needs. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• RBT certification or previous RBT/ABA experience strongly preferred

• Experience working with children with behavioral, developmental, or individualized support needs is highly preferred

• 4 years of experience working with children preferred

• Early childhood or Montessori experience is a plus

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
