Endeavor Montessori Dunwoody is seeking a compassionate Toddler Assistant Teacher to support age‑appropriate curriculum, prepare materials, and supervise daily activities to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT certification or previous RBT/ABA experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with children with behavioral, developmental, or individualized support needs is highly preferred
• 4 years of experience working with children preferred
• Early childhood or Montessori experience is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to remain patient, calm, and responsive while supporting young children
• A nurturing attitude and sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, families, and other support professionals

Responsibilities

• Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth
• Support the social-emotional and behavioral development of young children
• Implement positive behavior-support strategies and individualized approaches when appropriate
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Monitor children’s progress and development
• Collaborate with lead teachers and school leadership to meet individual student needs
• Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming each day
