Job summary
Endeavor Montessori Dunwoody is seeking a Toddler Assistant Teacher to support age-appropriate curriculum, prepare materials, and supervise children during all activities to ensure a safe, nurturing environment. Candidates with RBT experience or background supporting behavioral or developmental needs are highly valued.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- RBT certification or ABA experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with children with behavioral, developmental, or individualized support needs is highly preferred.
- 4 years of experience working with children preferred.
- Early childhood or Montessori experience is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are important.
Responsibilities
- Lead innovative learning activities promoting child development and growth.
- Support social-emotional and behavioral development of young children.
- Implement positive behavior-support strategies and individualized approaches.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Monitor children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with lead teachers and school leadership to meet individual student needs.
- Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming each day.
