Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an energetic and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. The role focuses on providing a safe, engaging classroom where toddlers explore, gain independence, and develop foundational skills through play.

You will design stimulating activities, maintain a warm daily routine, and partner with families to support each child’s development and confidence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 6 months of experience in a childcare center.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
