Job summary

Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our nonprofit, high‑quality early childhood program. You will support a Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging classroom for toddlers, assisting with daily routines and covering during planning times to ensure quality care.

This full‑time position hours are 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 1.5 hour daily break.

Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center is a non‑profit, high‑quality early childhood program serving families in the Fort Collins community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our team.

In this full‑time role, you will support a Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for toddlers. You’ll help with daily routines, provide classroom coverage during planning times and breaks, and ensure each child receives quality care and attention.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Includes a 1.5 hour daily break
