Job summary

Northbridge Child Development Center in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Toddler Aid to join our team. This role supports lead teachers and helps create a safe, nurturing classroom for toddlers.

You will assist with daily routines, engage children through play, communicate with families, and help maintain a tidy environment while following licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in early childhood education a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Pass a background check as required by Minnesota childcare licensing
• Patient, compassionate, and energetic demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
