• Reliability: on time and available for Thursday–Sunday schedule.
• Basic computer use for data entry and production tracking.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds safely and keep workspace clean.

Responsibilities

• Stay active and on your feet in a climate-controlled production space.
• Handle tobacco in all forms and learn handling.
• Move and stage heavy containers to keep line stocked.
• Support operators at presses, slicers, and cutters.
• Track batches in the software to match floor and screen.
• Watch for bottlenecks and help keep the process flowing.
