CES, LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist Underage Purchasers in performing non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to Underage Purchasers is restricted. The position is part-time with a flexible schedule and involves travel with an Underage Purchaser to conduct undercover compliance checks across local retailers.

Job Description Summary

CES is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist Underage Purchasers in performing non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to Underage Purchasers is restricted. The inspection is used to establish a retailer's compliance with federal regulations. This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis with flexibility relevant to the individual's schedule.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Travel with an Underage Purchaser; identify and verify site address provided
• Facilitate and observe undercover buys in coordination with trained Underage Purchasers
• Collect evidence of violations, such as photographs and tobacco products
• Complete compliance check inspection forms, detailing any violations, when applicable
