Job summary

CES is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist Underage Purchasers in performing non-confrontational compliance checks on local tobacco retailers to ensure the sale of tobacco products to Underage Purchasers is restricted. This part-time, case-volume role offers flexibility to align with the candidate's schedule.

Responsibilities include traveling with an Underage Purchaser, observing undercover buys, collecting evidence of violations, and completing inspection forms.

Qualifications

• Must be either a current law enforcement official with a valid Peace Officer's license or a current state, city, or county employee.
• Reliable transportation.
• Attention to detail.
• Strict adherence to deadlines and privacy.

Job Description Summary

The inspection is used to establish a retailer's compliance with federal regulations. This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis with flexibility relevant to the individual's schedule.

• Collect evidence of violations, such as photographs and tobacco products
• Complete compliance check inspection forms, detailing any violations, when applicable
